Spring Active Rehabilitation Programme incorporates physical conditioning elements with the aim to return injured workers to work or modified duties. Our programme may in appropriate circumstances simulate functional work tasks in a safe supervised environment. The Spring work conditioning programme emphasises physical conditioning and addresses the issues of strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and cardiovascular function. The tasks are structured and progressively graded to increase psychological, physical and emotional tolerance resulting in improved endurance and work durability.
In addition to back-to-work goals, Spring's Active Rehabilitation Programmes provide education and encourage discussion to promote individual understanding of their condition and how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. This interaction forms an essential element for the client whether their goal is to return to an occupation or to enhance their capability to perform everyday activities.
